C. Matt Ingrouille addressed the association regarding a rezoning meeting in City Hall Chambers on March 1, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting is to decide the rezoning of 310 Hampton Circle from a RMTN zone to a RMTN1 zone. This would result in higher density housing units being built. There is an example of these houses in Willowgrove. Residents opposing this are encouraged to contact Miles Heit with their concerns or attend the meeting at City Hall.
4. Old Business
Rink – Josh Teichroeb updated everyone on the situation regarding a community rink. It was previously decided that the association would attempt to construct and flood a rink for the current winter. Due to supplies, the warm weather over the holidays and the associations lack of insurance this was not able to happen, and the rink has been postponed until next winter.
5. Treasurers Report
Kim Petersen presented the financial statement. An account was opened on December 4, 2009. Currently the balance is $45.64. The bank will not be charging the association fees until we are better established. Kim has developed a chart of accounts that were passed around the table.
